Cancellation Policy
We understand your concerns around the spread of Covid-19, therefore, our usual cancellation policy of 72 hours has been suspended for bookings until 31st January 2021, during this period cancelled reservations will not be charged. Should you wish to cancel a reservation prior to arrival, we kindly ask that you inform us with as much notice as possible. This cancellation policy suspension will be reviewed and extended, if necessary, to give you peace of mind when booking a stay at Ardtara Country House.
For bookings after that date Ardtara has a policy of 72 hours’ notice. In the event of Ardtara not being notified of a cancellation the first night’s accommodation will automatically be charged to your credit card. Please note for Saturday reservations or bank holidays, we require 7 days’ notice in order to avoid the cancellation charge.
We ask that any guest who has displayed symptoms of: a cough, fever, breathlessness, sore throat or headaches within the last 14 days, reschedule their visit until they and their household members have been clear of symptoms for 14 days, unless these symptoms are due to pre-existing conditions.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry and/or cancel a reservation if a guest displays such symptoms on arrival, for the protection of our guests and team members.
