Cookery Demonstrations by Ian Orr

Ardtara will host a series of cookery demonstrations led by Chef Patron, Ian Orr. Guests will learn how to prepare a range of dishes that are easily replicated at home. Following each demonstration, guests will be treated to a delightful five-course meal. Tickets £59.95 should be purchased in advance.   7pm arrival.

Heritage Tours

Led by General Manager Seán McEvoy, embark on a walking tour unveiling Ardtara’s storied past – as a hotel and family abode. Traverse the grounds, exploring the heritage of Ardtara Country House and the iconic William Clark linen mill, its historic dams standing as a testament to time.

Immerse in Ardtara’s history, and witness the enduring presence of one of the world’s oldest mills, all with a knowledgeable guide dedicated to an unforgettable experience.
